Police Department

The Robbins Police Department is committed to effectively and efficiently protecting and serving the citizens of Robbins. The Department strives to improve the quality of life through effective Community Policing and positive and personal interaction with the general public. Additionally, the Department promotes education and awareness by conducting various school presentations and drug awareness programs. Our police are on call and ready to serve the Town of Robbins!

Fire Department

The Robbins Fire Rescue Station 11 is located at 301 Branson Circle in Robbins.  The Department is dedicated to the continued protection of Robbins and the surrounding areas. The Department also promotes education and fire prevention by conducting various fire safety programs and by interacting with the general public. For more information or to inquire about becoming a volunteer, contact the Robbins Fire Rescue Station at 910-948-2320 or the Robbins Town Hall at 910-948-2431.

Public Works

The Town of Robbins Public Works Department offers a variety of services to in-town and out-of-town customers. The Public Works Department is equipped to perform water taps and sewer taps for customers who wish to connect to our systems. The department is also on-call to respond to water and sewer emergencies. If you have a water leak please contact Town Hall at 910-948-2431 during normal business hours 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  After business hours please contact our emergency line at  910-638-8344.

Library

The Robbins Area Library, a public library, is located at 161 East Magnolia Drive in Robbins. The library is a branch of the Moore County and Sandhills Regional Library Systems. It's also part of the NC Cardinal Consortium, which allows free borrowing of items from 66 counties across the state. The library's telephone number is 910-948-4000. The Library has WiFi Internet available. 

 


The hours of operation are as follows:

  • Sunday - Monday: CLOSED
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm 
  • Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Closed daily from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch
  • Book drop is available 24 hours a day
