Interim Town Manager

The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the Town of Robbins and is responsible for the general management of all municipal operations. The Town Manager is directly responsible and accountable to the Mayor and the City Council. He is also responsible for informing the Town Council of all issues involving the Town. The Manager is the budget officer for the City and responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Annual Operating Budget.

Hannah Hungerford

Town Clerk

Hannah was born in Louisiana and moved to NC at 12 years old. Although she lives in Asheboro, she loves working in a small town. You can find her at town hall helping customers and coordinating staff. She enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and baking.

April Skeen

Utility Billing

April Skeen is our utility billing clerk. She handles the preparation and delivery of water bills. She also coordinates work orders for customers and the public works department. When April isn't at work she loves spending time with her family, namely her son.

Police Department 

The Robbins Police Department is committed to effectively and efficiently protecting and serving the citizens of Robbins. The Department strives to improve the quality of life through effective Community Policing and interaction with the general public. Some special services offered by the Robbins Police Department include nightly door checks of local businesses and morning calls to senior citizens. The Department promotes education and awareness by conducting various school presentations and drug awareness programs.

Fire Department

The Robbins Fire Rescue Station 11 is located at 301 Branson Circle in Robbins.  The Department is dedicated to the continued protection of Robbins and the surrounding areas. The Department also promotes education and fire prevention by conducting various fire safety programs and by interacting with the general public. For more information or to inquire about becoming a volunteer, contact the Robbins Fire Rescue Station at 910-948-2320 or the Robbins Town Hall at 910-948-2431.

Public Works

The Town of Robbins Public Works Department offers a variety of services to in-town and out-of-town customers. The Public Works Department is equipped to perform water taps and sewer taps for customers who wish to connect to our systems. The department is also on-call to respond to water and sewer emergencies. If you have a water leak please contact Town Hall at 910-948-2431 during normal business hours 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  After business hours please contact our emergency line at  910-638-8344.

Library

The Robbins Area Library, a public library, is located at 161 East Magnolia Drive in Robbins. The library is a branch of the Sandhills Regional Library System. It uses the Library Solution library automation system, implemented in 1998. The library's telephone number is 910-948-4000 and the Dial-a-Story feature is 910-948-3322. The Library has WiFi Internet available. 

The hours of operation are as follows:

  • Sunday - Monday: CLOSED

  • Tuesday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Wednesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm 

  • Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

  • Closed daily from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch

  • Book drop is available 24 hours a day
